Total Satisfaction Plan
Wright Hotspring Spas Total Satisfaction Plan is presented to you because satisfied customers are the foundation of our business. Our plan provides for our customers, the following:
- Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, within 30 days from the date of installation, you are not satisfied with your new HotSpring or HotSpot spa, Wright Spa Pools will refund the purchase price of your spa, less a 10% restocking charge. (This does not include special delivery, installation and related costs - for example, electrical contracting, use of crane, commercial installations etc.)
- Spa Exchange Privilege
For 30 days from the date of installation, Wright Spa Pools will provide you the privilege of exchanging your spa for any other model HotSpring or HotSpot spa for the difference in the purchase price, plus a 10% restocking charge. (Does not include special delivery, installation and related costs - for example, electrical contracting, use of crane, deliveries to destinations beyond 50km of each store, etc.)
- 'Happy Where It Is' Guarantee
Within six months of original installation, Wright Spa Pools will be happy to relocate your HotSpring or HotSpot spa to any location on the property where the spa was originally delivered. Our regular delivery requirements apply. This offer is valid for one move only and does not apply to related electrical and/or construction costs or the cost of a crane or any other equipment necessary other than our standard two man crew with our spa trolleys.
