What size spa will best suit my needs?
Select a size that's right for the typical number of bathers you'll expect. Do you plan to entertain in your spa? Do you have a big family? Or, will the spa be used by only one or two people at most? The most popular size seats four adults comfortably. Measure your space carefully and select a spa that's appropriate for the area. Does the spa fit my body? How comfortable is it?

Take a test soak.
The most important aspect of spa buying is the actual wet - testing the spa. Take a test soak to judge seat comfort. Experiencing the spa wet is the best answer and note the torso depth when you're sitting up comfortably. In the winter, you'll want the water depth to be over your shoulders.

Test the jets.
During the wet test, you'll want to assess the jet comfort, placement and flexibility. Do the jets feel soothing or pummelling? Can individual jets be adjusted for direction? Individual jet control can be adjusted for your own pleasure seeking relaxation. The HotSpring spa range features the unique "Moto-Massage" jets that sweep up and down your back at a speed you control, providing an underwater massage - like no other!

Hear the silence (or lack thereof). A spa you 'II want to live with has no, or minimal, audible noise when the water is circulating, heating and filtering.
